Account & Login

To register at u7uu, you'll need an active mobile number, an email address, and a strong password. You must also be at least 18 years old. Registration Pageand create an account in just 2 minutes.

First, make sure you're entering the correct mobile number or email and password. Check that Caps Lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, Login Page use the "Forgot Password?" option. If the issue persists, contact us via live chat.

No. Under u7uu's policy, each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be permanently suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

After logging in, go to your account settings and select "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new one, then save. For security, use a password of at least 8 characters that includes letters, numbers, and special characters.

KYC verification secures your account and helps prevent fraud. It is required to increase withdrawal limits and access VIP benefits. Simply upload a photo of your national ID or passport to complete verification.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Daily limit is ৳50,000 for standard accounts, ৳1,00,000 for KYC-verified accounts, and higher for VIP members.

u7uu does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad) may apply their own transfer charges. There are no fees from u7uu's side on withdrawals.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match are voided and the full staked amount is returned to your account. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
